'In Pursuit of Phatness' is the first album produced by David Lee, founder & leader of the Edge band out of Detroit, MI. The music covers a wide range of stylings from contemporary instrumental JAZZ grooves like the title song, to R&B singing with some POP and REGGAE influences like, 'Spiritual Man,' 'Get Me Through The Night,' and 'Put The Money In The Basket.' 'Rock The Boat' is a great PARTY song and is a favorite at live shows. This CD features some of the finest musicians and vocalists from Detroit.
