Their sophomore album, The Weight of Poseidon, has been in the works for almost two years. Combing over every note, beat and sample, the band made sure this would be an album that their fans will not only enjoy but holdon to and remember. Their influences from their EP, Mark the Resistance, remain but new elements have been introduced. It is no wonder that Dead Earth Politics remains not only a juggernaut in the underground metal community, but also a brutal curiosity.
