'Looking Back At Life' Phyllis's new album is a great mix of Country, Easy Listening and even the blues. Her love of all styles of music have given her the gift to be able to sing country, folk, blues, rock, contemporary christian, broadway and pop. She has appeared with numerous bands throughout Wisconsin as a special guest, and performs 3-5 nights a week. Nominated for Most Promising Female Vocalist by the Massachusetts Country Music Association, 1987 and by the Nebraska Country Music Association, Hastings Jamboree, 1985. Won the Giessen Star Search Talent Contest 1988. Number 84 on the Top 100 Most Played Independent Country Artist in Europe from Sept 1-15th, and Number 47 Sept 15th-30th 1999. Phyllis is the owner of 'Psalm 33 Publisher' (Ascap) and 'Haslam Publishing Company (BMI) and works with other artist in promoting their music and songs.
