Na vele jaren studie bij de legendarische Indiase fluitist Hariprasad Chaurasia verlegt Guillaume Barraud de grenzen van de bansuri (Indiase fluit) en stuurt het instrument een nieuwe richting uit. Samen met zijn eigentijdse jazzkwartet weet hij invloeden uit de westerse en Indiase muziek naadloos te combineren. Om een idee te geven, het openingsnummer is gebaseerd op de Indiase raga Kalavati, gevolgd door een eerbetoon aan Miles Davis op bamboefluit. Bijzonder album.
