Six Days in Down

Slide-gitarist Bob Brozman is van vele markten thuis. Op zijn recentste cds hoorden we hem met muzikanten uit India, Madagaskar en Japan in even zoveel stijlen. Op Six Days In Down zijn het twee vooraanstaande muzikanten uit de Ierse muziek met wie hij zijn krachten meet: uilleann piper John McSherry en vioolvirtuoos Dnal OConnor. Voor enkele vocale bijdragen zorgt Stephanie Makem, telg uit de beroemde Ierse folkfamilie. Brozman bewandelt voor hem nieuwe paden, maar het zijn juist zijn bijdragen die deze cd bijzonder maken.
