Interessant aan deze opname is niet alleen dat het niet eerder opgenomen repertoire op cd bevat, maar dat Marchal op het oude orgel van St. Eustache in Parijs speelt. Aan het repertoire kun je zien dat deze blinde organist een grote bewondering had voor oude meesters als Buxtehude, Bach en Sweelinck! Een registerdemonstratie van het orgel en afsluitend Viernes Impromptu (opgedragen aan Marchal): voor orgelliefhebbers verplichte kost.
