Marianas Trench is a Canadian pop rock band from Vancouver, British Columbia, formed in 2001. The band consists of members Josh Ramsay (lead vocalist, rhythm guitarist, pianist, occasional drummer and song writer), Matt Webb (lead guitarist and backing vocals), Mike Ayley (bass guitar and backing vocals) and Ian Casselman (drums, percussion, and backing vocals). In 2009, they released Masterpiece Theatre, which debuted at #4 on the Canadian albums chart and has since been certified platinum in Canada. Two singles from this record, "Cross My Heart" and "All To Myself," have reached double platinum status in Canada. Welcome to Ever After. A fairytale and a single, 54 minute track stitched from 12 discrete songs—the most audacious songs Marianas Trench has ever crafted. Ever After is constructed around a story written by Ramsay (frontman) himself and then finessed into an accompanying booklet. It's an actual physical experience; a warm throwback to the album era when your music was more than a bunch of orphaned songs sitting on an endless iPod playlist. What Marianas Trench has done with Ever After is create the story and soundtrack to a dark Tim Burton rock opera that hasn't been made yet. Cherrytree/604/Interscope Records will release the band's most daring work physically and digitally for the first time on their new US home. "Ever After" will be released in a standard 12 track version and a digital deluxe version that contains bonus remixes of "Haven't Had Enough" by Prance-a-Tron and Frederick Miwk, as well as three videos: "Haven't Had Enough"; Making of the Record; Behind The Scenes of "Haven't Had Enough"
