Polydor are pleased to release The Very Best of Don Henley on June 8th, a comprehensive collection of his solo work with all the hits released on one CD for the first time. One of the original voices of the Eagles, themselves a huge presence in music for over 30 years, Don Henley’s solo career includes many highlights all of which are featured here. Starting with tracks from his first solo album “I Can’t Stand Still” the collection takes in singles from all his subsequent albums, including the Grammy Award winning album “The End of the Innocence”. The release is timed to coincide with Father’s Day and will benefit from a substantial TV ad campaign, backed with radio and press advertising. Radio stations are supporting the new release by pushing tracks taken from the compilation, including “Boys of Summer”, “The End of the Innocence”, “Dirty Laundry” & “New York Minute”.
