Jimmy Eat World return with a fantastic new album called ‘Chase This Light’ out on October 15th through Tiny Evil/Interscope Records.‘Chase This Light’, their sixth studio album, will be released in the wake of a storming double set they played at the Reading & Leeds Festival this year (4.30pm main stage and headlined Carling tent the same day). Jimmy and co enlisted Butch Vig, famed for his work with Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins and Sonic Youth, to fullfill production duties on what will be their first studio album in three years.The first single from the album will be ‘Big Casino’ out physically on October 22nd with UK tour dates to be announced soon for early 2008.'Big Casino' has already received heavy support from Zane Lowe at Radio 1 (was his Hottest Record In The World w/c 10th Sept), a spin from Jo Whiley, and has been added to the Upfront list at XFM.
