ABOUT THE ARTIST
Ilse DeLange’s 2010 studio album Next To Me was recorded in Nashville and once again produced by American composer Lyle Workman. The first single from the album Next To Me charted high in the Dutch Top 40 and it was awarded an Edison in the Best Song category as chosen by the public. Follow-up singles were “Beautiful Distraction” and “Carousel”. As a bonus track, the album includes an acoustic version of “Beautiful Distraction”.
