'Author, composer, performer, inventor, actor. Boby Lapointe (born April 16, 1922) was all of these at the same time. The book-disc 'Boby Lapointe is 100 years old', is a hand-stitched physical case to rediscover this singer who died 50 years before this release (June 29, 1972) at the age of 50. A double cd anthology (53 titles) in chronological order of their recordings along with two previously unreleased works, 'Framboise' (live at Les 3 Baudets in 1960) and 'Le tube de toilette', his famous duet with Anne Sylvestre, along with 72 pages evoking the life and work of the artist with unpublished photos, documents and testimonies and a text full of surprising anecdotes.
