Active Force

Active Force were an American boogie, funk and soul quintet created by producer and songwriter Michael Stokes. Their self-titled album was released in 1983, contained the big club hit 'Give Me Your Love', among 'Cold Blooded Lover' and 'My Sunshine'. Michael Stokes had great success with songwriting, producing and working for Creative Source, Smokey Robinson, Janet Jackson, Brass Construction, and BT Express, while Grammy Award-winning pianist Patrice Rushen also participates on the Active Force album.
