As well as key tracks from Ronson's solo records, the compilation includes material from his key collaborations with Bowie, Elton John, Ian Hunter, Queen and Michael Chapman. Also included is a previously unreleased cover version of 'This Is for You' by Def Leppard's Joe Elliott. The track originally appeared on Ronson's 1975 solo album 'Play Don't Worry' and has been reappraised here by his long-time friend and collaborator. Rounding out the tracklist is a piano tribute to Ronson from Bowie's piano-man and band alumni, Mike Garson.
