Eggshell – End of Time is the debut of the KINORA 6tet on XJAZZ!Music. Led by trumpeter Sonja Ott and drummer Philipp Leibundgut, they turn Sonja’s synesthetic color-perception into Jazz suites inspired by rare pigments like Malachit Green, etc. Seven Movements complement the color compositions and bring political undercurrents and emotional depth to the table. With rising European voices from Norway, Scotland, France and Switzerland, KINORA merges orchestral density and bold improvisations.
