The Vienna Boys Choir has a long tradition. In 1498 Emperor Maximilian I moved the court music to Vienna and thus created the conditions for the foundation of the choir. Today the Vienna Boys Choir having about 100 active voices performs to an audience of millions worldwide. They are regarded as one of the most famous choirs in the world. The wide repertoire ranges from traditional to contemporary pieces and provides entertaining moments. This CD contains masterpieces by the legendary Austrian choir.
