EDITORIAL REVIEWS
If you value excellent musicianship, being transported through music to exotic places and audiophile quality recordings, you need to listen to this CD. The musicians on this CD have been playing together for almost 20 years. Their unique, dynamic and intriguing ensemble has spurred on yet another incredible display of highly evolved music.

In her 2nd CD Vicki Richards, an accomplished violinist/improviser/composer, in part, has incorporated the influences of Maurice Ravel's music with the World Music she is known for. Vicki's styles of violin playing on Temple Dwellers range from electric lead guitar, string quartet, North Indian Classical and Classical European.

Brilliant compositions and harmonies by Amit Chatterjee, guitarist and powerful rhythms by Bobby Thomas on an unusual variety of instruments provide an eclectic and impressive musical journey.

Special guests on the album include: Layne Redmond on frame drum and Tim Richards on tabla drums

FROM THE LABEL
The fire and passionate energy of these musicians, all of whom have great reviews and interviews in major music magazines, have again come together to design an inspiring and sensitive message for the listener. This is one of our "trio" of new releases by members of this consortium this fall of 1999.

FROM THE ARTIST
I have always loved playing and being inspired to greater expression by playing music with the artists on this recording. We have a long history of music making, as well as sharing much of our lives.

In the recording process, perhaps because the path of playing our instruments is so second nature, we become open to the influence of each other and to our spiritual essence. The flow of energy seems to have a magical quality to it and the end result (besides having a Great time together!) is somewhat unplanned until we arrive.

Our improvisations are definitely "in the moment"!
