Songs from the Storm

Phillip Carter and Sounds of Victory's powerful new collection, 'Songs From The Storm', is a sparkling blend of traditional and contemporary praise and worship. Each and every song is sung with a fervour that can only be delivered by those who know what they're singing about, and Carter and the chorale offer up one passionate note after another. Sounds of Victory Ministries was organised in 1997 by Phillip Carter and features gifted and anointed vocalists from the Washington metropolitan area led in song and ministry by Carter. Over the years they have ministered extensively throughout the United States and have recorded four successful independent CD projects. Now, with a fresh mix of Gospel and worship, Carter and SOV raise the rafters in praise and song on their first national release. Phillip is a nationally known artist, musician and songwriter. He is the Minister of Music of the Mt. Ephraim Baptist Church in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, and on the ministerial staff at Breath of Life Ministries in Palmer Park, Maryland.
