Here, the compositional performance of Randy Brecker was extensively appreciated. The hits from the Brecker Brothers years such as Some Skunk Funk, Sponge and compositions by Michael Brecker from this time such as Strap Hanging and Song For Barry as well as newer compositions of the trumpet virtuoso came to be heard. For the first time in many years, the Brecker Brothers play together again and once, with a major formation, the WDR Big Band.
