Martial arts drama. In a tournament competition,Tan (Tan Tao-Liang) is attacked by a player with a knife. Using his considerable martial arts skills Tan kills his assailant, and is forced to go on the run when the dead man's brother comes looking for revenge. Teaming up with Phoenix, a young girl who Tan takes on as a pupil, he must face a final showdown with his pursuer.
