2016 release from the R&B/neo-soul singer/songwriter. Eric Benét made his solo debut with 1996's True To Myself. Three years later came A Day In The Life, which garnered him a Soul Train Music Award for Best R&B/Soul Album Male. In 2004, following a difficult time in his life, the singer released his pensive third album, Hurricane. His next album, Love & Life, arrived in September 2008. The album debuted at #11 on the Billboard Top 200 album chart. Love & Life garnered two Grammy nominations-including Best R&B album-and was embraced by numerous press outlets.
