After her Norwegian homeland's WWII invasion, the reticence of Stockholm cinema diva Sonja Wigert (Ingrid Bolsø Berdal) to fraternize with the occupiers changed when a snub to Goebbels resulted in her father's arrest. Accepting Swedish intelligence's recruitment as a spy, she pursued an affair with ranking Nazi officer Josef Terboven (Alexander Scheer)-who sought to have her gain intel on the Swedes.
