Digitally re-mastered and expanded edition of this 1987 album from the Louisiana-born Swamp Blues harmonica player. Lazy Lester Rides Again was produced by legendary Blue Horizon founder Mike Vernon. On it's original release, the album won the W.C. Handy award for Best Contemporary Blues Album of 1987. The album was recorded in the UK with backing provided by stalwarts of the British Blues scene Blues 'N' Trouble. This expanded edition is augmented by specially remixed previously unreleased titles and everything re-mastered for the best possible sound quality. The original album's 12 songs are joined by 11 previously unreleased tracks. Notes and detailed sessionography by Mike Vernon. Ace Records.
