The Body-Hat Syndrome ist das dritte Album der Rap-Gruppe Digital Underground. Die zweite Single des Albums, ein Anti-Rassismus-Kulturbewusstseinspolitik namens "Wussup Wit the Luv", zeigt ein Solo des Funkadelic-Gitarristen Michael Hampton sowie einen Vers- und Videoauftritt von Tupac Shakur. Dies war das letzte Mal, dass Shakur auf jeder Digital Underground Veröffentlichung erschien. Das Album enthält auch "The Humpty Dance Awards", den humorvollen Ruf der Gruppe an die vielen Künstler, die vor 1993 "The Humpty Dance" probiert haben. Seitdem ist die Liste auf über 50 Künstler gewachsen. Das Body-Hat Syndrom feiert sein 30-jähriges Bestehen, das ursprünglich am 5. Oktober 1993 veröffentlicht wurde und nur als spezielle italienische Vinyl Version veröffentlicht wurde, was es zum ersten Mal weltweit auf Vinyl veröffentlicht. LP x 2, 140 g, gelbe Vinyl in einer Jacke (UV-Glanz), mit einem übergroßen Comicbuch von Shock G, mit Schrumpffolie und Aufkleber.
