Seven Windows is the musical collective conceived of by Steve Dwire, A.T. Michael MacDonald, and Jess Roden. In 1986, co-producers Dwire and MacDonald, along with singer/songwriter Roden came together to create the recording titled Seven Windows. This unique offering blends contemporary jazz, ambient soundscapes, and pop/rock songcraft into an adventurous sonic journey. To realize this fantastic music, the trio employed an impressive array of legendary jazz and studio musicians, including Lou Marini, Elliot Randall, Lee Goodall, Marc Johnson, Michael Leonhart, Mark Egan, Rob Mounsey, Paul Buckmaster, and many others. Sunnyside Records will reissue the complete, fully remastered Seven Windows, with four unreleased new tracks, for the first time on April 18, 2025.
