Eligibility:
- By participating in the Rarewaves Rewards scheme and collecting points, you agree to abide by the terms outlined herein.
- You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence (usually 18 or older) to participate.
- To join the scheme, you must provide a valid name and email address.
- Existing registered users on Rarewaves.com are automatically enrolled in the scheme.
- New users can register by creating an account on Rarewaves.com.
- To leave the scheme, please contact us at rewards@rarewaves.com.
- By leaving the scheme, you forfeit any accrued or issued points.
- You earn Rewards Points with each purchase on Rarewaves.com.
- Ensure you are logged into your account during purchase to collect points.
- If you don't receive points for a purchase, email us within 28 days with your order number for retrospective addition.
- Points are awarded at a rate of 3 points for every £1 spent, with additional points for specific actions.
- Points are awarded based on the value of goods purchased, excluding postage charges.
- Points will be deducted for cancelled and refunded orders, equivalent to the value of points earned in those original orders.
- Birthday points (200 points) are awarded if your birthday is set in the Rewards pop-up at least 30 days in advance.
- Rewards Points can be exchanged for money-off codes:
- 500 points for a £5 code
- 950 points for a £10 code
- 1800 points for a £20 code
- Once issued, codes are provided in the Rewards app and emailed to you for redemption during checkout.
- Codes are valid for twelve months from the issue date and can only be used once per transaction.
- Codes cannot be exchanged for cash, partially refunded, or combined with other discount codes.
- The Rarewaves Rewards Scheme replaces any previous loyalty or rewards policies.
- Points are exclusively for use on Rarewaves.com and cannot be earned or redeemed elsewhere.
- Rarewaves reserves the right to alter products, amend point acquisition rates, modify terms, or terminate the scheme with notice.
- The scheme is for personal use only, and Rarewaves may remove users or points if misuse is suspected.
- Examples of misuse include self-referrals, creating multiple accounts, or attempting to exploit points through refunds or returns.
- Points expire if no activity occurs over twelve consecutive months. Activity is defined as earning points through purchase or redeeming points for a discount code.
- Neither points nor money-off codes are transferable between parties.
