En el libreto se explica la teoría del baile, con todas sus partes. En el CD se incluyen las piezas completas y fragmentadas en cada una de sus partes. El baile completo se realiza en dos versiones: con pies y sin pies, así mismo se utilizan señales acústicas de aviso, que permiten al alumno identificar los comienzos de cada una de las partes. Todo el contenido del audio, está grabado en su velocidad normal, y a velocidad lenta, para facilitar su estudio. On the CD the pieces are presented in their entirety as well as divided in parts. Each complete dance is done in two versions: one with footwork and the other without.
