AFI are a band that have genuinely grown from the underground and are now poised for massive success. The band have released 5 albums on an independent and tour continuously, the reward for their hard work is an incredibly loyal fanbase, their 2 recent UK dates - Sheffield NMH & London Astoira (NME show) - sold out in 2 days without any press advertising. AFI are Davey Havoc (vocals) Jade Puget (guitars), Hunter (bass) & Adam Carson (drums), Sing The Sorrow is the bands first release on Dreamworks and was produced by Butch Vig (Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins) and Jerry Finn (Blink 182, Sum 41). The album will be out on March 10th followed by the single Girls Not Grey in May when AFI will be back for more UK dates.The anticipation for this album is growing daily and the press support for AFI is fantastic and all the front covers and features on the band are expecting big things from the band this year.
