The Nun

Taissa Farmiga and Demián Bichir star in this horror spin-off of 'The Conjuring 2' (2016). In 1952, the Vatican sends Father Burke (Bichir) and Sister Irene (Farmiga) to investigate the mysterious death of a nun at the Cârta Monastery in Romania. As they work to uncover the monastery's secrets, they realise that a powerful demonic entity is at work. Can they defeat it and escape with their souls intact or will they fall victim to its evil?
