The Haunted Strangler

Robert Day directs this classic horror starring Boris Karloff. James Rankin (Karloff) is a writer who decides to reinvestigate the 20-year-old case of the Haymarket Strangler, as he believes that the wrong man was accused of and executed for the murders of five women in 1860s London. However, when he gets closer to the heart of the case, he realises that he himself has a closer connection with the murders than he could ever have imagined.
