Empire

Victor Rosa has made a fortune dealing in a heroin cocktail he concocted and nicknamed 'Empire'. When he meets an investment banker, who encourages Victor to do real business, he finds that going straight isn't as easy as he thought. After investing in one deal and making a large profit, Victor is given the opportunity to get involved in a much larger deal; but he does not have the funds and has to borrow from another drug dealer, La Colombiana (Isabella Rossellini). However, La Colombiana is not the best person to be indebted to.
