Lost and Found

Formed in the northeast town of South Shields in 1977, punk/Oi! band Angelic Upstarts recorded two studio albums for Warner Brothers and two for EMIs Zonophone subsidiary before being dropped by the latter. Work was begun on an abortive fifth studio album that forms the bulk of the brilliant Lost And Found, with superior versions of Last Tango In Moscow material featuring the classic Upstarts line up of Mensi/Mond/Glyn/Decca. Live tracks from the Main Event gig at the London Astoria have Mensi/Hayes/Ronnie Rocker/Max Splodge. This is required listening for all Upstarts fans. Thoroughly excellent!
