In the summer of 2026, it is ten years since Olivia Bowen appeared on the second series of Love Island, finishing as a runner up with her partner, Alex. A true love story, the couple remain the longest standing success story of the show's entire history, now married with two beautiful children, Abel and Siena Grace.

Yet the last decade for Olivia has been a very different experience from her life before, where she'd struggled to navigate family disruption, unhealthy relationships and a battle with depression and anxiety.

In Lost Until Love, Olivia reflects on her life, sharing with her devoted followers what really drove her to enter the Love Island villa, as well as giving exclusive insight behind-the-scenes at Casa Amor, her relationship with Alex, and the many varied - and sometimes unexpected! - experiences and opportunities the show has brought her since.

Olivia also explores her raw journey of motherhood, as well as the devastating loss of her twin daughter while pregnant with Siena Grace and how this has changed her outlook on life and her future. Through the highs, lows and self-reflection, Olivia has finally created an authentic blueprint for her life that she hopes will inspire others to seek out their turning point and reach for their dreams.
