With Porcelaine, produced by Dimitri Tikovoi (Marianne Faithfull, John Cale, Placebo), Thomas Boulard's group will surprise more than one. Porcelaine's 10 songs are of a subtlety and crazy elegance, everything in this record is dance, joy and body. The bowiesque "Dance In The Night" followed by "Arrow", an erotic hymn where one would almost feel the presence of Moroder, until the culminating "Tell me", piece of bravery with exploratory instrumentation. The veil finally rises, Luke looks straight ahead, cleared of his heavy roots, he flies and drifts in his own way, with his words "above existence". When we thought we knew everything about Luke we finally discovered him.
