By entering these prize draws, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Warner Bros December 2023 Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
- To be eligible,customers must purchase a minimum of £20 GBP of qualifying Warner Bros products between 1st December 2023 and 31st December 2023. This amount excludes shipping and other discounts that may apply.
- All entrants must be aged 18 or over.
- All purchases that meet the above standards will be entered into the prize draw to win either (a) Game of Thrones Complete Collection 4K Ultra HD and House of the Dragon Season One 4K Ultra HD or (b) The Lord of the Rings Complete Collection 4K Ultra HD and The Hobbit Complete Collection 4K Ultra HD. Winners will be given the choice between the two options above when emailed regarding the prize.
- Winners shall be selected at random by a draw performed by a computer process, from all eligible entries received in accordance with the prize draw terms.
- There will be no cash or other alternative to the prize offered and prizes are not negotiable or transferable.
- Rarewaves are not liable for or accept any responsibility for failure by the winner or any entrant to comply with the prize draw terms, any disruption, delay or misdirection of entries, and/or any server, system or network failures, malfunctioning or inaccessibility.
- We will make reasonable efforts to contact each winner within 28 days after the relevant selection process. Please allow 28 days for delivery of all prizes from the date of the winners notification. We shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding the prize arising from reasons outside of our control.
- In the event that an customers makes multiple purchases over the qualifying amount during the month of December, only one entry will be counted towards the prize draw.
- As multiple prizes are available, please note that only one prize winner can be selected per household. If we are notified or otherwise become aware that more than one prize has been awarded to the same entrant or entrants in the same household, we reserve the right to disqualify those entrants and select an alternative winner(s).
- This prize draw is open worldwide, except for residents of Belarus, Nicaragua, Russia, Ukraine, and Venezuela. Employees of Rarewaves Ltd and immediate family or household members of employees are also excluded.
By participating in this prize draw, entrants confirm they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The right is reserved to terminate or withdraw any prize draw at any time.
Social Media Prize Draws
Eligibility
- Unless otherwise specified, prize draws (may be referred to as “giveaways”) are limited to one prize and one winner selected from all qualifying entries.
- No purchase necessary.
- Social Media Prize draws are open to UK Residents only. Employees of Rarewaves Ltd and immediate family or household members of employees are also excluded.
- All entrants must be aged 18 or over.
- To be eligible, entries must be received on or before the prize draw closing date and the full details of the entry process for each prize draw (including any limits on the number of entries) shall be set out in the information provided at the point of entry (for example, the social post).
- For prize draws run on two or more social platforms, entrants may enter once for each platform; for example an entrant may enter twice (once per platform) if a promotion is run on both Facebook and Twitter.
- Unless otherwise specified, in the event that an entrant submits multiple entries on one or more social media platform(s), the first entry per platform only shall be accepted. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant using multiple social media accounts to obtain additional entries in breach of these terms.
- For each prize draw, only one prize will be awarded, unless otherwise specified. In the case of multiple prizes being available, only one prize winner can be selected per household. If we are notified or otherwise become aware that more than one prize has been awarded to the same entrant or entrants in the same household, we reserve the right to disqualify those entrants and select an alternative winner(s).
Prizes
- The full details of any prize that may be awarded as part of a prize draw will be set out in the information provided to potential entrants for that prize draw. If for any reason an advertised prize is unavailable, we reserve the right at our absolute discretion to substitute an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value.
- Unless otherwise specified, the product shown in an unboxing or competition video will be the copy sent to the winner.

- Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram are hereby fully released (by us and by you) from all liability that may arise from any matter related to any prize draw, and Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram may not be held liable for any claim arising from your participation in any prize draw or taking up a prize.
- You acknowledge that, by your actions in re-tweeting or reposting any post, that your post shall be publicly visible, and you agree that the post may be shared by third parties in various social media outlets and that we and/or Facebook / Twitter / Instagram (as applicable) is not responsible for any reposting or other use of its posts by third parties.
- We reserve the right to remove any offensive, infringing or inappropriate posts published on our social media pages and/or published in connection with any prize draw, and to exclude those responsible for such posts from the prize draw and/or any future prize draws.
