Teddy Bear

Foreign drama in which a bodybuilder named Dennis (Kim Kold) sets out to find true love in Thailand. Determined to move on from his life living quietly with his overbearing, possessive mother Ingrid (Elsebeth Steentoft), Dennis takes inspiration from his uncle who has married a Thai bride and makes the decision to visit Thailand for himself. With inherent shyness and a lack of confidence around women, Dennis struggles to find his feet in the exotic land but soon encounters a beautiful woman working in a gym. Back home in Copenhagen, however, Dennis' mother does not take kindly to the news and soon his world is torn in two.
