On Sitric Road

Ye Vagabonds return with a 7-inch featuring live recordings of two new songs, `On Sitric Road' and `Mayfly'. Written over a decade living in Dublin's north inner city, the songs reflect real people and places in Stoneybatter, set against the backdrop of an ongoing housing crisis. Recorded live in a bookshop on Sitric Road itself, the release features contributions from Kate Ellis (cello), Caimin Gilmore (double bass), and long-time collaborator Alain MacFadden (harmonium, synth, e-bowed mandolin).
