Attraktives Reissue mit 22 Titeln mit zwei originalen und seltenen Vinyl-Alben zum ersten Mal auf CD, mit remasterter Musik und umfassenden Liner Notes. Die Alben sind "Dread Hot In Africa" von 1977 bei Channel One mit den Revolutionaries zusammnen aufgenommen und "Propaganda" von 1978 aufgenommen mit Jah Bunny (Drums), Dennis Matumbi aka Dennis Bovell (Bass & Gitarre) und Noel Fisch (Keyboards). Leroy Smart (Jahrgang 1952 - verwaist im Alter von zwei mit Ausbildung an der berühmten Alpha Boys School) begann seine Karriere im Jahr 1969 und mit mehr als 35 Alben gilt er als einer der aussergewöhnlichsten und buntesten Charakteren Jamaikas. Er erschien auch in dem Film "Rockers" zusammen mit Zeitgenossen wie Gregory Isaacs und Jacob Miller.
