The album includes five bilingual duets with four Canadian singer-songwriters - Ron Sexsmith, Alejandra Ribera, David Myles, and Kuba Oms - and one with New Yorker: Anya Marina. The signature live trio sound is evident on this album from the first song, with vocal harmonies and a Cuban Requinto (small-bodied Cuban guitar) providing an intimate feel and communicating the soul of music.
