"Many Nights" ist das fünfte Album der Cold-Wave-Helden Motorama aus der russischen Stadt Rostow am Don. Der Erfolg der Vorgänger-Alben "Poverty" und "Dialogues" führte die Band auf erfolgreiche Tourneen durch Europa und auch Süd-Amerika. Auch in Deutschland haben Motorama für Furore gesorgt. Die Spex schrieb zu "Poverty": "Motorama machen nichts wesentlich anders als die Vorbilder aus den Achtzigern, aber vieles richtig - und sind damit im besten Sinne retro." Für das neue Album haben Motorama ihren Stil erweitert und sich von der sowjetischen New Wave-Szene beeinflussen lassen. Das Ergebnis ist wieder ein homogenes Pop-Album voller packender Melodien, tanzender Basslines und Keyboard-Hooks.
