Neil Diamond is back with a collection of his biggest hits, which have been re-recorded together with the London Symphony Orchestra and are now presented as “Classic Diamonds”. The legendary singer/songwriter Neil Diamond collaborated with producer and arranger Walter Afanasieff as well as with arranger and conductor William Ross to revive the collection of his works. Thus, not only the instrumental part of each song was re-recorded, but also the vocals. The album includes hits such as “Beautiful Noise” 1st, as well as gold status in Germany. Also included are “You Don't Bring Me Flowers”, which landed in the German top 50, and “Sweet Caroline”. The album allows the listeners to revel through Neil's words and music through the prism of time, in the increased elegance of his compositions. Every day during recording the album was spent exploring how to deconstruct and reconstruct Neil's music in a way that feels organic. The album was recorded at London's historic Abbey Road Studios together with the 70-piece London Symphony Orchestra and contains 14 tracks. It is available digitally and physically as standard and limited CD and as a limited double LP.
