Elk van de vier cds in deze box is gewijd aan een bepaalde steelgitarist: de zwaar onderschatte Bob Dunn (icoon van de Western swing en vader van de elektrische steelgitaar), Lefty Perkins (opvolger van Dunn in de Musical Brownies), Billy Briggs (die ook in de voetstappen van Dunn volgde en bij o.a. Texas Hi-Flyers speelde) en het duo Speedy West & Jimmy Bryant (het spannendste gitaarduo van de jaren 50).
