My album (Just a Closer Walk) was such a success and fans have been asking for another CD.I put (A Nashville Christmas with Richard Bennett and friends) together. Robbie Wittkoski, Kid Kody Music in Nashville, Tn. made me an offer I couldn't refuse, using musicians' from the Grand Ole Opry and a Grand Ole Opry star to work with me was an easy decision. From the Grand OleOpry, on Paino, Tim Atwood, fiddle Hoot Hester, steel guitar, Doug Jernigan. Other Musictions Randy Mason, on drums, Dan Drilling on lead and acustic guitar, MattMcGee on base. Marsha Ramirez did a superb job on back ground vocals. Marsha is also background singer for Jo De Mesiena. A great job of recording and mixing was done by engineers Matt McGee Highland Studio's and Dan Drilling Panda Productions. Special guest Ernie Asworth star of Grand Ole Opry joined me in one song" What Christmas Meant to Me. "Written my Robert G. Wittkoski and Ernie Asworth. There are a total of 7 newly written songs mixed with 3 traditional songs. You will enjoy this country Christmas CD.I know I enjoyed recording it and thank you to all my fans for there support.
