The path leads over four 'eight hundred' and through a dreamlike nature, which shows the hiker the scenic richness and variety of the Sauerland. The Ebbegebirge, Rothaargebirge, Homert and Diemelsee nature parks are crossed and the path repeatedly meets the more than 1,000-year-old Heidenstraße.
