During that time she has advised major corporates, governments and public bodies on all aspects of European and UK competition law (including its application to international mergers and joint ventures). Beatrice was also a case officer at the UK's competition law authority, where she oversaw dawn raids and investigations as a competition law enforcer. At BT she led cases and investigations before the competition authorities and courts, including the European Commission, the Competition and Markets Authority, Ofcom, the Competition Appeals Tribunal and the Court of Appeal.
