This is hands-down the most living, organic project that i've been involved in and it wouldn't have been possible without the exceptional talents of Markus, Marius, Martin, Tommy, and especially Dania. I hope you have as much fun listening to these lil' kittens as I had making music with them! Regarding the songs: Mosts are written in letter form to people (real and fictional, present and past) and to places experienced. And theflower titles? Without sounding too hippy- compare people like flowers; each with a unique nature of tempermant, survival, and growth. It seemed fitting to have a Spring theme to it. There's a lot joyfulnoise on this one too. I love the free sound of Traditional Jazz and wanted to echo that in the horn arrangements with Tubas, trombones, clarinets, saxes, accordian and violin thrown in for a \"home' feeling.
