Elton and Leon subsequently performed live together to great acclaim. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e* The first nine tracks were recorded at Tokyo's Budokan Hall in November 1973. These were previously released on a Japanese-only LP and have never before been released on CD.
